We are changing the way we flash.  We are moving away from the traditional method of remotely logging into your computer to complete the flash and instead, have developed an all-in-one easy to use CDMA flashing program for anyone to use.  This will allow our company and our customers to become more efficient in their day to day operations.

FAQ's

What is the Cost?

The charge PER BASIC (Talk N Text) flash is $5.  There is an additional $4.95 license fee per month per copy of Ftt Studio.  For Example, if you want Ftt Studio installed on all 4 of your computers, the cost per month would be $19.80.

Why Am I Paying a License Fee if I'm Paying Per Flash?

The license fee covers matainence costs and provides free upgrades to the program. In addition, you will have access to extra features within Ftt Studio.  Some of the extra features will include retrieving user locks, Nam programming and more! 

How Do I Track My Flashes?

FTT Studio will allow you to track every single flash with an in-depth online report.  You will be able to track a flash by date, time, esn, employee, store location, mdn and more.  Search filters will make it easy for you to keep track of your flashes.

Will I be able to add data to phones in FTT Studio?

In the very near future, YES!  Our first phase of releasing FTT Studio will allow you to perform a basic flash.  However, once we complete the phase 1 roll out, we will immediately begin phase 2, which will include data flashing on many models. 

What if I Get Stuck on Flashing a Phone?

Flashtotalk will still be providing customer support instantly online.  We will be here to help you with any questions you may have.  We also have a training library on how to use studio which you can review at anytime for examples.

What if I Accidentally Re-flash the Same Phone?

No Problem, we wont charge you for re-flashing the same phone multiple times.  If you re-flash the PRL or clear SPC on the same phone multiple times, our Studio Reports will record the ESN from the phone, and we will be able to see what happened.
