Thank you for your interest in Flashtotalk! Follow these instructions and complete the 5 Steps below to get set up with FTT Studio and our services.
Before we get started, please make sure the PC you want set up, meets the requirements below:
PC REQUIREMENTS:
Windows XP, Vista or 7 32 Bit systems only. 64 Bit Windows is NOT recommended!
1 Gig of Ram - MINIMUM
40 Gig hard drive - MINIMUM

STEP 2: ORDER PHONE CABLES:
If you need cables, we recommend the universal cable set from Susteen
Purchase a set of cables from Susteen.com Copy and Past the link below into your internet browser.

STEP 3: SET UP YOUR PC:
Download and Install FTT Studio and 2 USB Driver Packs Below:

STEP 4: INSTALL Teamviewer: (IF YOU WANT US TO LOGIN TO YOUR PC TO HELP YOU AND/OR TO DO DATA FLASHES)
1. Set up another account on your pc. Name it flashtotalk and set the password to 123456. Make sure account is set to Administrative.
2. Go to http://www.teamviewer.com/index.aspx and click the Start Full Verizon It's Free, install that and make sure to keep your username and password handy.

STEP 5: SET UP YAHOO MESSENGER
This will be they way you contact us for flashing and support.
3. Click the Link below to download YAHOO Instant Messenger to help communicate better with Flashtotalk.
Once you have install the messenger go ahead and add the following to your buddy list:

Here is how it all works...
With FTT Studio, you will be able to flash over 550 models. Any models you cannot do, you may contact a flashing tech via Yahoo Messenger and we will complete the flash by logging into your pc remotely.
Right now with FTT STudio, you will be able to data flash about 60 models, otherwise, you may contact a flashing tech to complete the data flash.

DATA FLASH (adding web and/or pics) $10
FULL FLASH (talk, text, web and/or pics) $15 (excludes HTC's and Blackberries, they cost $20)
